Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 30 July 2013 at 4.30pm, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JAROSE CRYSTAL WATERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Burton Wright and Errol Wayne Bailey, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators.
