Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator
of MERVAL ENTERPRISE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 30 July 2013 at 2.45pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 26 August 2013 as the last day on
or before which the creditors of MERVAL ENTERPRISE LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
