Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, and Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PREMIER STOCKFEEDS (2012) LIMITED (in liquidation) by
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 July 2013 at 1.20pm.
We fix 26 August 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
