Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NZ KIWI STARS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 July 2013 at 10.46am.
We fix 31 October 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
