Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of WORTHINGTONS (2005) LIMITED ("the company"), on 17 July 2013 at 10.00am, resolved to place the company into liquidation and appointed Andrew John McKay and Justin James Bosley, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators.
The liquidators hereby fix 9 August 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
