Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PARADIGM AGRICULTURE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 July 2013 at 4.00pm.
We fix 14 August 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
