Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 July 2013 at 12.40pm, it was resolved by the members of the association that Clive Bish, chartered accountant of KGA Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the association with immediate effect.
