Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 July 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SEA 2012 LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig McCoy and Bevan Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 July 2013 at 11.57am.
