Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Joseph Craig McNeill and Hayden Dashwood Trotter, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of TE PUNGA INVESTMENTS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on
10 July 2013 at 3.00pm, the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
