Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

On 4 July 2013 at 10.39am, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that M2 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED ("the company") be liquidated and that Shaun Neil Adams, of Auckland, and Andrew John Hawkes, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
The director has resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the company, does hereby fix Friday 9 August 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
