Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MOORELIVING INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 July 2013 at 10.14am.
We fix 15 August 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
