Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Pattison, of Napier, and John Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTHERN SPRINGS LP (in liquidation) by the limited partners, pursuant to section 88(1) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, on 1 July 2013 at 11.05am.
We fix 22 July 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the limited partnership are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
