Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 26 June 2013 at 2.30pm, appointed Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix Friday 16 August 2013 as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
