Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 17 January 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SIDEWEST LIMITED be put into voluntary liquidation and that
Andrew James Brady, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidation commenced on 17 January 2013.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the company, I fix 20 February 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
