Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAIPUK PROJECT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 May 2013 at 12.12pm.
We fix 23 July 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
