Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
