Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants,
were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTH TARANAKI MEDICAL TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 25 of
the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and Part 16 of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 June 2013 at 12.00 midday.
We fix 12 July 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
