David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COASTAL PLASTERERS (2008) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 June 2013 at 10.57am.
We fix 16 August 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
