Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 14 June 2013 at 10.00am, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Jonathan Wilgermein and Andrew Bethell, of BDO Auckland, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as joint liquidators.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
