Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of ZENITH GLOBAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 11 June 2013 at 10.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 8 July 2013 as the last day on or before which the creditors of ZENITH GLOBAL LIMITED
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
