Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 May 2013, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HEATHSON PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that David Alan Capon, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 29 May 2013.
