On 31 May 2013, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that WSX2 LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 May 2013 at 1.00pm.
The liquidator gives notice that 19 July 2013 is fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of WSX2 LIMITED are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
