Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 16 January 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ABSOLUTELY CLEAN SERVICES (2001) LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 16 January 2013 at 9.00am.
The shareholders declared this a solvent liquidation but the date by which any creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 February 2013.
