Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that ATS 2010 LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 May 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 30 May 2013 at 10.30am.
