Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SEDUCE ME BABY LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 June 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 June 2013 at 10.24am.
