Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of T CARSON LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 5 June 2013 at 10.00pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors had previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator, the company would be able to pay its debts.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors' meeting.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
