Aaron James Ivan Armstrong was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of shareholders entered into the company's minute book, under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on
28 May 2013 at 11.30am.
The liquidator fixes 22 June 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
