Notice is hereby given that on 27 May 2013 at 11.55am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of WEMORE HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Hamilton.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 26 July
2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
