On 23 May 2013, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PRICE’S VALLEY PASTURES LIMITED be liquidated and that Paul Alexander, chartered accountant, and Colin Gray, lawyer, both of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 May 2013.
