On 24 May 2013 at 10.00am, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Jonathan Wilgermein and Steve Cammish, of BDO Auckland, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as liquidators.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
