I, Andrew Marchel Oorschot, hereby give notice that for
the purposes of winding up a solvent, non-trading incorporation and pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed as liquidator of
NEW ZEALAND HORTICULTURE INDUSTRY TRAINING ORGANISATION INCORPORATED with effect from 4.00pm on 16 April 2013.
Notice to Meeting of Creditors
The members have resolved that the incorporation was solvent prior to my appointment and therefore, pursuant to section 243(8), no creditors’ meeting is required to be called.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of
NEW ZEALAND HORTICULTURE INDUSTRY TRAINING ORGANISATION INCORPORATED
(in liquidation), I fix 20 June 2013 as the day on or
before which the creditors of the incorporation are to
make their claims and to establish any priority their
claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies
Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: This is a liquidation of a solvent incorporation. The liquidation is taking place as the incorporation has ceased trading following a merger with another training organisation.
