Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of NATURAL DAIRY PRODUCTS LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 May 2013 at 10.13am.
We fix 21 June 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
