Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that FRESH XPRESS BAKERY LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 May 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 3 May 2013 at 10.29am.
