Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that SOUTHLAND KOOL COURIERS LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 May 2013 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 7 May 2013 at 1.47pm.
