Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 16 May 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R & V WATSON MARLBOROUGH LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter James Forrest, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 16 May 2013.
