David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHILOH FARMS 2008 LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 May 2013 at 1.12pm.
We fix 28 June 2013 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
