Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 December 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SHADOW OAK NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Toni Owen, chartered accountant of Whakatane, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 December 2012.
