Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of HAMILTON BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 7 May 2013 at 8.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 4 June 2013 as the last day on or
before which the creditors of HAMILTON BUILDING
& CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
