Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times stated below:
