David Murray Blanchett and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint
and several liquidators of TIGHTLINE CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 May 2013 at 9.42am.
We fix 2 July 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
