Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 18 April 2013, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WESTRIDGE ESTATE LIMITED be liquidated and that Carolyn Lee Jackson, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 23 April 2013.
