Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MR DISH LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 May 2013 at 10.05am.
We fix 1 June 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
