Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 26 April 2013 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that I.T. LONGMAN EARTHMOVERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Bruce W. Warden, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 17 May 2013
as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
