Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CONTRACTA AGRICULTURAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 April 2013 at 10.31am.
We fix 21 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
