Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AMBAI LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 April 2013 at 8.00am.
We fix 15 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
