Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AQUAWORX AND ELECTRICAL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 April 2013 at 10.15am.
We fix 10 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
