Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GARRITY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 April 2013 at 3.30pm.
We fix 3 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
