Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EDWARDS DRAINAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 April 2013 at 10.10am.
We fix 15 May 2013 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
