Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 27 March 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be put into voluntary liquidation and that Andrew James Brady and Richard Nicholas Ineson, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
The liquidations commenced on 27 March 2013.

Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint liquidators of the companies, we fix 19 April 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
