Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993

We, David Sean Webb, Ben Charles Verney and Philip Patrick Carter, of PPB Advisory, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the creditors at the adjourned joint watershed meeting on 4 April 2013.
The liquidation commenced on 4 April 2013 at 2.00pm, being the date and time of the resolution of the creditors at the adjourned joint watershed meeting held under the prior administration proceedings.
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 26 April 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
